The Constitutional Freedoms Restoration Act is proposed state legislation dealing with the protections of the writs of habeas corpus and de homine replegiando in the Commonwealth of Virginia. It is still in the development and research stage.
The Freedom of Money Act is short proposed state legislation dealing with the removal of taxes on free market means of exchange and saving. It is complete as is, but we welcome comment. It is not currently being considered by any legislative body.
